Reserve and pickup rules
We’re offering store-front pickup services for online orders through our Reserve and Pickup option. After you reserve your item online, come down to the store and we’ll make sure you get what you need safely.
1. Reserve the products you want online
Find the product(s) you want to reserve in our online catalog and place them in the shopping cart. Finalize the order and enter the contact information of the person picking it up. You will immediately receive an email about your reservation, note that this isn’t the final confirmation.
2. We will contact you about availability
During regular store hours, we will check the actual stock and availability of the product(s) and quantity that you reserved. Please be informed that products can be out of stock and we can offer you a replacement, the possibility to put them in back-order or cancel the full reservation. Within 4 working hours we will contact you to final confirm your reservation with the available products, at which point you can come into the store to pick them up. We’ll hold your items for 48 hours before putting it back in our store.
3. Pickup and pay at the cashier in the store-front
After you’ve received your final confirmation, go to the Flora Market store with your ID and email confirmation. At the store, our employees will be on-hand to help you complete payment and pick-up your purchase. We accept all our usual payment methods with pickup: cash, debit- and credit card, pay.aw and Flora gift cards.
Frequent Asked Questions
How do I cancel my reservation?
If you’ve changed your mind, you can sent us an email to cancel the order. Inform us with you order ID. Note that your reservation will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.
Why was my reservation declined?
Sometimes an item may show as being available for pick-up at Flora, but by the time the store receives your order and looks for the items to reserve, these items may already be out of stock or the ordered quantity is not available.
For items with limited quantities, Flora Market NV reserves the right to decline orders.
Can I reserve an item and have someone else pick it up?
Yes this is possible, when you’re reserving your item online, then at the checkout page enter the name and phone number of the person picking it up in the field for additional information at the right. Note that the person picking up the items has to pay at the cashier.
What happens in case of an incorrect price?
If the price of a product is being displayed incorrectly Flora Market NV reserve the right to reject the sale at the incorrect price and process the sale using the correct price in accordance with our terms: Terms and conditions
Can I earn Flora reward points with reserved products?
Yes, when you pay at our cashiers just show your Floracard as usual and points will be added to your account.
